We are now installing a job at Raymond Blanc’s hotel and Michelin starred restaurant, Le Manoir Aux Quat’Saisons, in Oxfordshire. Their new function room posed a complex problem for shading with a fairly low and very large flat glass roof – our solution was specialist tensioned roller blinds concealed in recesses to be almost invisible when retracted.
