Roller
A roller blind is made by attaching and wrapping a stiffened fabric around a suitable aluminium tube and placing a bottom bar at the fabric base. It can be retracted by a chain or cord to one side, a spring within the tube, or a tubular motor (only the last two are Child Safe by design). An excellent range of fabrics is available, from screen to blackout to acoustic, together with a range of bottom bar types and a range of tube sizes – according to width and weight. In a row of blinds, there will be 40-60mm gaps between the fabric edges.
