Veranda blinds are an increasingly popular solution for glass roofed structures, providing shade for summer al fresco dining. Many blinds companies will not provide blinds for these semi-external conditions, but we see no reason why the blinds should be compromised by this.
Pinoleum is a statement look, providing dappled shade and a classic appearance; the fabric can be left in natural wood tones, or painted in a range of colours. Pleated blinds are a more modern and discreet option with many fabrics to choose from, ranging from sheer and semi-opaque to blackout, all in a variety of colours. Simple roller blinds are also a traditional choice, with a huge range of different fabrics. They are especially suited to situations where the natural hang of the blind is to be a feature of the veranda.
